Child Evangelism Fellowship

Each year the USCGA chooses a worthy local charity or ministry and makes a donation from the sponsorship revenues that we receive from our Championship tournament.

This year's choice is Child Evangelism Fellowship.

So what is Child Evangelism Fellowship?

Purpose: Child Evangelism Fellowship® is a Bible-centered, world wide organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, disciple them in the Word of God and establish them in a Bible believing church for Christian living.

Louis Oosthuizen's victory by a touchdown at St. Andrews on Sunday proved that good guys can win, even if it was torture for the rest of us, writes ESPN.com's Gene Wojciechowski.
Hardly anyone knew Louis Oosthuizen, much less how to pronounce his name. Not many will forget the performance he delivered at the home of golf to capture the British Open.
Robert Rock of England has been disqualified from the Irish Open for making a mistake on his scorecard after shooting a 6-under 65 in the first round.
Tiger Woods has entered the Bridgestone Invitational next week at Firestone, where he is the defending champion and a seven-time winner of the World Golf Championship.
Bobby Wyatt shot a 57 at the Alabama Boys State Junior Championship.
